APS Mundimold was at the facilities of our partner ENGEL in Austria, last July, testing with its new machines the fastest new injection mold for a grape crate available on the market. Mold tests were carried out until achieving a production cycle of 6.5 seconds, and reaching the objective set by the APS Mundimold engineering team.
The tests were carried out with the machinery and operations management from Engel Austria and the engineers and transformation managers from APS Mundimold, working several days side by side to adjust the mold and the injection machine for the best optimization.
The team was also joined by our collaborator in hot runners HRS FLOW, who designed the specific equipment so that the mold could meet its objective.
APS Mundimold, which maintains a close collaboration with the Austrian firm, again demonstrate the perfect combination of the mold with the high performances of the machine, obtaining a very positive result for both companies.
